McKenna Lost ANOTHER tooth!

Mom: "Kenna let's put your tooth under your pillow so the tooth fairy can come."

McKenna: "Well yeah thats ok mom, but i think im gna leave her money too! Cause she really does ALOT for all the kids in the world and she might need a dollar for something to drink or somethin."

Mom: "Uuuuuuuuuh. :) McKenna that is so sweet of you but the tooth fairy only takes teeth because she is trying to fill a giant treasure chest so someday a long long long time from now maybe we will find it!"

McKenna: "hmmmm. OK i will leave the tooth but i'm leaving the dollar too... just in case."

WOW RIGHT?! i had to refrain from giggling at how cute she sounded!!!

MY REASON FOR BEING...

BEGINNING A NEW YEAR...

I am not much into resolutions, because i have often fell through in the past. This year i am making a vow to change my mindset... Instead of continueing a sentence with but, i will replace it with AND. I will find the silver lining to what ever i must endure in this year to come, but first and formost i vow to NEVER put anything or anyone above my children.

ONE YEAR HAS ENDED...

Although this past year many of us have had to face many speed bumps of many sizes and depth, but looking back on my own i see what strength each bump has taught me. By the end of the year 2011 I was an enrolled student at Kaplan University, and ended my year with the end of my first term in college with a flying GPA of 3.25! So in the end I am proud to say I CAN DO IT! I also look back this year and see the milestones I have been able to capture in my kids lives because before i know it they will be grown.
*McKenna turned 5 this past fall and also started kindergarten! She is growing so fast and i am so proud of her, she is smart as a whip and with a ginormous heart she's got more love to give than most can handle (her sister and brother) :) McKenna often becomes overwhelmed with love and compassion and thinks the tighter the hug the more the love... we've avoided a few close calls. LOL not to mention the way she runs to hug me everyday after school and nearly plows me to the floor. WHAT A GIFT SHE IS!
*Jersi turned 4 in November and in the past year it seems i blinked my eyes and she wasn't baby Jerz anymore she became a BIG GIRL. We are trying and trying... and trying again with the potty trainging... but she's got to be one of the most independent minded girls i know, but her sense of humor makes it all so worth it that half the time when she says "nah mommy... i can just pee wite hewr on de fwoor and you could just put a towel on it" LOL i can't get mad. Often times she tells me that her puppy told her too, and it's amazing how many time out's that stuffed dog has sat through to take the fall for her this year. :) SHE IS MY JOYFUL ANGEL!
*Jamison has come into the terrrrrrible two's stage, which with boys, WOW it's different. LOL He's halarious, he's hyper, but halarious! His vocabulary has trippled in the past six months and sometimes i wonder if he's even mine because he's so smart. But like i say i must cherrish every moment because they grow up fast, he already thinks he's too big for mommy kisses because when i do sneak one in, he yells at the top of his lungs "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWW!!! Mommy dats gwoss! BIG BOYS don't like kisses... Easton said so!" As much as this boy teases his sisters, dents my walls with hockey sticks, and jumps off my couch yelling 'Lightening McQueen!!!' I think he's the greatest boy i've ever known! HE'S MY LITTLE MAN!

AND ANOTHER BEGINS...

The year to come is bound to carry burdens, but more so sure to bring joy and happiness. I do however ask for your prayers in my journey. We are all often weighed down with sorrow and stress, but let us not forget each other in prayers.

I start classes up again on Monday and it's back to the grindstone with my nose in a book. The girls will be starting gymnastics soon and Jamison and I will be the cheerleaders he proclaimed! :) I will be taking a trip soon to L****MI to see a surgeon. I have a chronically dislocating jaw which i was trying to correct in Physical Therapy, but recently found out that actually my jaw has a fracture and my only option is surgery. The Dr. hopes it will be performed within 2 months, to prevent the risks of permanent damage or further fracture. I will be seeing a specialist in A** A**** so maybe i will get the chance to see a few familiar faces while i am there.

Since Jersi started preschool she has been known for her puppy. She has a little stuffed puppy that rarely leaves the clutches of her little fingers. :) I have been asked numerous where her love for puppies came from. I love this picture because even at a few weeks old she had a puppy by her side. :) Jersi fell in love with Gulley from day one, she used to lay on the floor right in front of him and snuggle her nose right to his and then give him kisses. TOO CUTE!

I may be one day late posting this but that is only because we had so much fun celebrating... and yes it has been a 2 weeks birthday ordeal! :)
Jersi is such a snuggly lil spitfire these days. LOL
She has officially turned four and REFUSES to potty train. She actually told me she just doesn't feel like it. haha! We love her like crazy... and her puppy too we can't forget about bowbow the puppy. She asked me to get a costume for him too for Halloween. :)

In five years there are WAY too many memories to share so i have chosen a few of the favorites that i happened to capture. McKenna is now in kindergarten and growing up WAAAAAAY too fast. She has a sweet little heart and cares soooo deeply for everyone around her. We love her soooooo much and cannot wait till the big birthday bash tomarrow! We are having a party for both McKenna and Jersi tomarrow being Jersi will be four on November 1st!! Gonna be a crazy day at our house... Didn't know these girls had sooo many little friends they "needed" to invite. LOL.

SO... these two are quite the pair~~~
They can be the best of friends and the worst of enemies...LOL sound familiar??

The other morning while i was in the shower....(of course they know when to cause trouble) haha. They went into my bedroom to my purse and took out the camera... happily they were shooting pictures of everything they could find. When i came out they both were sitting on the couch all happy eating the PEZ candy that I KNEW was in my purse.... McKenna looked at me and said "MOM...your purse dumped over so we ate the candy so you wouldn't have to pick it up!" I'm standing there trying my best not to laugh and said "Oh really?" and Jersi then pipes in and says..."mommy i weally had a bad tummy ache so i need candy to make it bettew" then i burst out laughing. I know i should have been giving time outs or something.... but some moments in life we have to just look to the humor and let the laughter happen. :)
But i'm still wondering why i'm the one that had to pick it up.... and that's when i found the camera... At least they got a picture of the candy BEFORE they ate it. LOL. * but note in the pictures my purse is not dumped over....which means they were diggin where they shouldn't have been....... :) :) :)

So keep this in mind as you go about you days...

So i do realize it has been a very long time since i have posted....

so i will try to catch up and keep up

for those of you who are far away

but want to stay in touch with the lives

of my three little (crazy) BABIES!

McKenna:
Since my last post McKenna had her 4th birthday. She has been all kinds of attitude and i am thinking she has a lil to much mommy in her. LOL. She has got THE kindest heart though so that definetely out ways the moments when she puts her hand out in front of her like a stop sign and says "um...Talk to the hand mommy"! What will i do with her. She is still in preschool but is sooooo excited to begin kindergarten in the fall. What a milestone for us! I cannot believe i have a daughter that old already........

Jersi:
Miss Jersi turned 3 on Nov. 1st and is still the little stinker she has always been, with a grin on her face and puppy by her sise she can conquer anything..........except the potty. LOL. She is terrified to sit on the potty and has told me numerous times, " i will just stay wike a baby mommy and nevew get big" i have gotten her to the point that she will go on the potty as long as she can hang onto my legs for dear life! too funny........

Jamison:
Now this little man has grown what seems to be years in 6 months. He will be 2 in July and i am so amazed by him EVERY day. He is by far my earliest talker out of all three and there is nothing he can't say. (which sometimes is a little scary) He was sitting on the couch the other day and started to sing to me... this little guy can carry a tune better than me... he sang this "rain rain go away...easter bunny wants to play....rain rain go away"! I cannot believe that full sentences are coming out of that baby's mouth. He IS my baby. This little man is absolutely a joy to be around but is constantly buggin his sisters.

*A special thank you to Brita, she did such a wonderful job with the kids photos.... which by comparison of mine you can tell. LOL. We met her a McLaines and Jersi was in one of her moods that nobody was going to tell her where to sit or stand i mean come on there is an entire beach full of rocks that need to be thrown....so that is what she did. But i am just so impressed with Brita's work because my kids DO NOT sit still unless they are asleep or sick. :) so thank you, and thank you to Yvonne... (It was our Christmas gift from them). I will say that is the greatest idea yet for a gift, to purchase a photo session for us. SO thank you both very much it was a lot of fun and great memories were captured!

I found this picture and had instant flash backs..... ANYONE ELSE...

I remember at least 3 saturdays a month spending the night at Grandma and Grandpa's house. But this picture reminds me of the yellowish round stool she had at her kitchen sink where i'd help her do the dishes. Still wondering why i loved doing dishes at her house and NO WHERE ELSE. hee hee. I also still wonder about the two perfect fitting buckets she had in the sink one for washing and one for rinsing. The curlers remind me of sitting and rolling her hair for her and GOOD THING, because now i have to do it at work and i'm one of the few that know how. Somebody actually asked if i was trained, and i said "Yup! My grandma taught me when i was young."

Now that i've started working our schedule is a bit more busy, so i think i cherrish these moments more than the kids do. So rewarding to come home from work and have my three little rugrats so happy to have me back. I'm working the afternoon shift right now as a CNA and hoping to get switched to days to be on a more even schedule, but this works for now.

On July 16th Jamison William will be ONE YEAR OLD!!!! Crazy to think that he used to fit into daddy's hat. He a busy lil man now getting into everything, but i must say that his favorite thing to do these days is BUG and TEASE his sister Jersi!!!! what a little dandy he is...and he knows just what he's doing cause he thinks it's SOOOO funny when she say "DON'T JAISON!" Why is it that everywhere papa goes he finds a little friend...this is one of Jamison's favorite buddies at school, they are the same age, but this little boy is a little more advanced and i think J.J. is learning a thing or two from him.

He learned to patty-cake this weekend...thanks to grandma and IS HE PROUD!

Bill and Jenna were able to skip up for a quick trip for the wedding. So fun to see them and the girls were overjoyed to see Jady-bop again. Although we didn't get to see them a whole lot being that i was busy with the wedding the three girls somehow managed to cause touble. At my mom's on friday, the three of them were playing upstairs and dumped a FULL gallon of paint onto the kitchen floor up there and didn't tell anyone. Luckily Jenna went up there or it would have dried like that. Bless her heart, she cleaned it all up and yes we have a picture of her cleaning up the mess but i'd like to stay on speaking terms with her so i will not post it :) When we asked the girls who did it they all said "not me" I dunno" or just stared blankly so in the end nothing was ruined and nobody got in trouble. Can't wait to see what they have in store for us next time!

This is our little man Jamison. He's 10 months already and quite the busy little boy. He's crawling and pulling himself up on furniture...or anything that he can get leverage on. Wow when everyone told me that boys are so different than girls i didn't believe it...but now i do!!! Don't mind the pink stroller...didn't feel like pulling out my huge double so he's gotta sit in that when mom's too tired!

How is it that they can get soooooo dirty in a matter of minutes?

This little tom-boy is by far my dirtiest but the eyes are ever enchanting even if the face is mucked up!

A story i couldn't resist sharing...

Last weekend my brother Dave got a puck right in the eye while playing hockey with no face mask...so to all of you who have husbands that play without one make sure they get one now. Anyway. the bad part was he was close to losing sight in that eye, but his son Max who is McKenna's age (3) brought some light to the situation. He was playing on the living room floor and yelling at Dave, "DAD WATCH ME" and repeated that a few times. Noticing that he was being ignored he said " DAD WATCH ME WITH YOUR ONE EYE" Hee hee! I just think that without kids we would all be miserable creatures amoungst one another. :) But Dave is now recovering well and has about 50% vision back in his eye so let's all hope he recovers fully soon.

Tis is Christmas morning and McKenna did not dress in this in the morning, SHE WENT TO SLEEP IN IT. Since we spent the week and Jaedon's house she has been begging for a princess dress, so Grandma and Papa H. got her one complete with the crown and shoes. She is so thrilled. Needless to say i wasn't too thrilled this morning when she woke up in it covered in puke. So yes we have the flu bug but it goes fast so hopefully it will run it's course in the next couple days through the house and be done.

Jersi and McKenna are so facinated by Christmas, we had a tree, but it was only 4 feet tall so they were just thrilled to lay with mommy and look at all the lights. Jersi kept running around saying " SANTA, HO HO HO, PRESENTS??"

Corey named it the 80's rockstar look. Well in the end her hair is growing in quite thick and even, but am i glad my mom thought to capture a picture of this!
